Crystal D. Lewis is a licensed cosmetologist and hair and makeup artist with over three decades of professional experience in the beauty industry and over two decades as a salon owner. As the founder of I Say Yes Salon & Spa®, she specializes in textured hair care, scalp health, hair loss solutions, and camera-ready makeup for diverse skin tones. Crystal is known for her precision styling, custom product formulations, and ability to create polished looks for film, television, fashion, and editorial work. Her expertise includes working with natural, curly, and chemically treated hair, as well as mature and sensitive skin. Crystal is passionate about ensuring actors and talent of all backgrounds receive professional, knowledgeable hair and makeup services both on and off set.

*Knowledge of continuity maintenance for hair and makeup during multi-day shoots
*Skilled in blowouts, roller sets, thermal styling, updos, and classic/period-inspired looks
*Men’s grooming, beard shaping, and on-camera grooming services
*Experience preparing talent for interviews, broadcast, red carpet, and promotional appearances
*Strong understanding of on-set sanitation standards, production timelines, and working with cast, directors, and wardrobe departments
*Ability to create custom haircare, skincare, and makeup blends to support talent with sensitive skin, scalp concerns, or hair loss
