This 1000 square foot versatile open space has hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling windows for natural light, and curtains for a more private feel.This flexispace comfortably seats 65 guests with a possibility of 80-90 guests when standing room only is in effect. It is equipped with an AV system including a projector, built in sound system, WIFI access, and HDMI connections. Guests can enjoy music from their own playlists via Bluetooth, apple TV, or use any of the music platforms (Spoitfy, apple music, youtube) found on the in-house Ipad. There is also a lighting system to dim or brighten the venue for a desired ambiance. We also provide a security system with cameras and remote lock along with remote central air/heating control. Broad and Eighth has been used to host a variety of events from birthdays and bridal showers to dance classes and corporate conferences. We are a creative space that can host eclectic classes from acting to photography to hairdressing session.
