Hi, I am a Michelin Star Executive Chef from the great state of NJ. I am NYC trained and decided to move back to NJ to open restaurants. I opened all the Char Steakhouses, Oh Brian's Pourhouse, OhBrian's on the Green, The Seafare Chippery and Just last year 87 Sussex. My catering company is called Bayberry Culinary Consultants. I Cater all large and small events and festivals all over New Jersey.

I am prompt, very outgoing and love what I do every day. I have a passion for the culinary arts and hospitality and it shows in everything I do. Always a smile and Always get the job done exceeding expectations.
