Fernando's Grille is a family owned restaurant by brothers Fernando (chef) and Marcelo Suquilanda that emigrated from Cuenca, Ecuador looking for a better future for their family left back at home. Fernando is a professional chef graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute in NY city and has been cooking in the Central Jersey area for over 30 years.


Located In Hightstown NJ, Fernando's Grille uses the freshest and quality ingredients to deliver delicious meals like our soups that our mother Maria (+) used to make for her ten children!
