Description

Steve, aka "Swish", is a BICOASTAL Los Angeles & ATLANTA based Still Photographer for Film & Television.
Over 13 years ago, Steve began his career in film as a Set PA, and eventually DGA 2nd AD, working over 700 days between 45 feature films and 43 series. It was this experience on set that allowed him to meet and learn the unique craft of unit still photography from legendary shooters like David James and Frank Masi.

With a formal education in both 35mm film photography and Film/TV production at Wilmington NC, the job of a still photographer was the perfect fit for his two greatest passions.

Thanks to the invaluable guidance of these masters of the craft, as well as the close mentorship of acclaimed still photographer Chuck Zlotnick, Steve was able to hit the ground running! He has now shot unit, gallery, and prominent set dec stills, internationally, for over 30 major studio and network productions featuring numerous Academy, and Emmy award winners.
