With more than two decades of experience in corporate meeting and event planning, I bring a rare combination of creative artistry and operational discipline to every project. My career began in 1999 with Johnson & Johnson, where I managed tradeshows, conferences, and high-profile corporate events attended by audiences from across the globe. In that role, I mastered the skills of vendor management, budget oversight, production scheduling, and on-site logistics, ensuring flawless execution in environments where timing, professionalism, and attention to detail were paramount.
Building on that foundation, I launched Posh Pretty Balloons, a New Jersey–based décor studio specializing in balloon installations and backdrop rentals that elevate events and productions with cinematic flair. My team and I transform ordinary spaces into stunning, visually rich experiences—whether through ceiling-filling helium balloons, custom arches, luxe garlands, or statement backdrops.
