We are Skinny Flowers Brewing Company, located on Fort Monmouth. Skinny Flowers is 100% owned by Liz and Jim King. We opened August 1, 2025. We built a taproom that could be interesting to Netflix for corporate gatherings or even filming. We are currently a Pending B Corp, going through the certification process to become a Certified B Corp. As part of that, we've committed to donate 2% of our revenue to our community. Our focus areas are Military Veterans and Youth in Need. In fact, we just hosted our first day of giving Saturday.
