Syndicate Film School’s Workforce Development Program prepares individuals from New Jersey for paid employment in film, media, and content production through hands-on, skill training aligned with real hiring needs. The program functions as a direct workforce pipeline.Participants complete real-world projects and exit with professional reels, portfolios, and documented on-set experience that demonstrate job-ready skills. Training covers in-demand roles including production assistant, assistant directing, cinematography, grip and electric, sound, editing, and producing, with an emphasis on safety, communication, and professional set conduct.Participants are introduced to Syndicate’s network of production company partners, contractors, and clients, creating hiring pipelines and real job opportunities. By combining work-based learning, technical training, and industry connections, the program provides a pathway from training to employment in the creative economy.
