At Cape May Winery & Vineyard, a third-generation and family-owned and operated business. Our story began in 1989 with the planting of the first vineyard in Cape May County, which is still used in production today. We now cultivate 12 varietals across 26 acres in four vineyards.When the Craig family acquired the winery in 2003, operations expanded from a small garage to a newly built main facility in 2005. Since then, the winery has continued to grow, adding tasting room expansions, production barns, a deck, and the transformation of the former tank room into the solarium, tap room, and kitchen guests enjoy today. A new bottling line room was recently completed, with additional enhancements planned.Our surrounding farmland produces grapes, tomatoes, beach plums, squash, and kale, many of which inspire the seasonal tapas menu by Chef Mike Siegel. Since opening in 2018, the kitchen has elevated the winery experience with locally driven dishes designed to bring people together.
