Brett Ainslie is a Union, New Jersey based freelance Audio Professional, specializing as a Production Sound Mixer owner/operator with the ability to travel with a valid passport and equipment travel solutions.Brett has been mixing sound on location for Film & TV since 2010 beginning as a Boom Operator and Sound Utility for narrative feature films, moving on to mix various formats ranging from sports events for ESPN, reality shows for Bravo, eSports streams for Twitch, documentaries for HBO, cooking shows for Food Network, live corporate events for Bloomberg, digital series' for Hot Ones in addition to feature films for Hallmark Channel and more.
Brett is Dante level 2 Digital IP Networking certified and received the certification for Wireless Best Practices & Techniques from Shure Audio Institute in addition to an RF Coordination certification from Lectrosonics Inc. to help with your RF coordination and setup needs.Since 2016, Brett has dove into sound engineering for live events, assisting with A/V for major corporate presentations and panel discussions along with A2'ing and engineering live musical performances for houses of worship. Brett Ainslie has been A2'ing major sports broadcasts for Apple TV, ESPN, NFL, CBS and more via IATSE Local 100 in addition to continuing mixing sound on location for picture. He is trained in the setup of line array systems as well as Dante and RF coordination.
